My pilgrimage in Peru
At the Temple of the Moon, I realized that shamanism is not a role we train into, it is a memory awakening through us.
Standing inside that crescent of stone, I felt lifetimes converge. Somewhere in the Andes, somewhere in the highlands of India, somewhere along the Celtic coasts, the same work has been done again and again.
In each lifetime I have known the tools may change, but the intention remains constant, to listen so deeply to creation that imbalance reveals itself, and harmony remembers its way home.
When I returned from the mountains, I began to see that the ancient ways and the work I do with energy and chakras are not separate languages, they are different expressions of the same truth.
In Peru, I watched the wisdom keepers speak to the Earth as a living being, in words, but in vibration, through breath, sound, and movement.
That is the same way I speak to the human field. When I work with the chakras, I’m not simply balancing energy centers. I’m listening for the natural rhythm of life within a person the same rhythm the Earth herself holds.
Each chakra is a temple of light, a living archive of memory and intelligence. When one falls out of harmony, it’s like a sacred site that has forgotten its song.
My work is to help that energy remember its melody, to re-tune the instrument of the body so the soul can sing through it again. The root remembers our belonging to the Earth. The sacral remembers the waters of creation. The solar plexus holds the fire of the Sun, our inner radiance and will to live. The heart is the bridge, the place where human and spirit finally meet. The throat gives that meeting a voice. The third eye sees the invisible patterns beneath our experiences. And the crown opens us to the vastness of the cosmos, reminding us that we are both matter and light.
This is the same architecture the shamans of every culture have always worked with the luminous channels connecting Heaven and Earth through the human form.
When I attune someone’s field, I’m listening as the energy begins to realign to its original design. And as that design remembers itself, the person’s story changes, their emotions find new pathways, their mind quiets, their body softens into coherence.
In this time on Earth, that kind of recalibration is no longer optional, it’s essential.
We are living through a great energetic acceleration, where density, emotion, and old patterns are surfacing to be transmuted into light.
Many people are feeling this as exhaustion, anxiety, or sudden awakenings of sensitivity. But what’s truly happening is that the human instrument is being retuned to carry more consciousness than ever before.
This is why the shamans are returning, not just in the jungles or temples, but through the healers, artists, scientists, and everyday humans who are learning to hold the frequency of wholeness. They are the ones who sense energy in a room before words are spoken, who feel the collective pulse of the planet in their own bodies, and who are remembering that presence itself is medicine.
The modern shaman does not retreat from the world, she stands luminous within it. She walks through airports and city streets as her ancestors once walked through temples and caves listening for the hum of the invisible beneath the noise of the visible. Technology, electricity, data these too are frequencies. The sacred has never been limited to the ancient. It evolves, just as we do.
The same current that once pulsed through the crystalline altars of the Andes now travels through our nervous systems, through our voices, through the web that connects us. What makes it sacred is the consciousness we bring. So when I speak of recalibration, I am speaking of communion. When I restore the energetic blueprint, I am facilitating reunion between body and soul, matter and light, human and cosmos.
This is shamanism for our time, not to escape the material world, but to spiritualize it through presence, coherence, and love.
The modern shaman heals by embodying resonance, by becoming a tuning fork for truth. We do not bypass matter, we reveal the light within it, this moment in history is calling forth shamans from every lineage, every continent, every forgotten tribe of light. They are being born and reborn through us, through all who are remembering.
Some are healers, artists, teachers, parents, and creators, all carrying the codes of balance that this planet is crying out for.
We remember that shamanism is not a title, it is a frequency, a living intelligence of through each willing heart.
To walk as a shaman in these times is to become the medicine itself, to embody what we seek to heal. May we walk as living ceremonies, bridges between the seen and the unseen, between who we were and who we are becoming.
